Fish and Chip Co. new on the run menu

Following a year of exciting changes and new introductions to the brand, The Fish & Chip Co, a division of Taste Holdings, looks forward to introducing a new menu to customers, as of end October 2014.

The new menu, which will officially take effect on 28 October, is mainly driven by the company’s slogan of ‘Hot and A lot’ with the sole purpose of reaffirming their commitment to serving meals that offer customers more for less.

Fish and Chip Co new to share menuIt is no surprise that when it comes to winning the heart of a customer, many elements come into play such as quality, quantity, price and place. The Fish & Chip Co. believes, however, that the key to winning over a customer and securing their loyalty really comes down to satisfying their needs and adding value to their experiences with the brand and what it has to offer.

“At The Fish & Chip Co. we pride ourselves on the value that we offer our customers. We understand that it is important for them to make their money stretch further and we want to be sure to achieve this – while keeping their hunger fully at bay,” shares Managing Executive of The Fish & Chip Co, Jan de Beer.

The brand that has been in operation under the Taste Holdings banner since 2012 is all about value.

“Value is all about relationship or the interaction between the quality of a product or service, and the price that the customer is willing to pay to obtain it. We believe the value lies in what our brand offers in return for consumers’ hard earned money, and with the majority of the customers being placed in the lower LSM bracket, we know that more for less is the way to go. Without compromising on quality of course.”

Aside from having the favourite options, such as traditional fish and chips, the menu still has a  variety of other consumer favourites available including russians and fried chicken. These meal items can either be enjoyed sitting down to share between friends, with the option of ordering a ‘village’ sized portion of chips, or when on the run, a convenient ‘snack’ bun option is now available to enjoy.

Whether it be one customer tucking in or a group of people, The Fish & Chip Co.’s menu continues to cater for every taste and pocket.
