Scooters Pizza Tzaneen Up their Service and Value Using their New Management Strategy
Customers at Scooters Pizza Tzaneen can expect their “slice of the good life” to be even better, with a change of ownership set to benefit the store’s operations, and result in considerably enhanced service and value.
Issac Rakau Pilusa, who recently acquired the store, plans to implement several measures to bolster its overall performance.
“I am delighted to take over ownership of Scooters Pizza Tzaneen, and plan to enhance its productivity, and significantly improve the image of the store. These goals will be achieved through a whole host of new policies and strategies I intend to introduce, which will include visible marketing strategies, hands-on management, and a concerted focus on quality of production,” Pilusa says.
In addition to his current food franchise management role, Pilusa is also the owner of a transport business that is concerned with the buying and selling of goods.
Taste Holdings Food Division CEO, Christo Calitz, states that he has full confidence that Pilusa will contribute valuably to the store.
“Issac has an accomplished background in business, and is an individual that is possessed with impeccably sound operational and managerial skills. I expect that he will fully utilise these qualities to create a store that thrives, and offer residents and visitors in Tzaneen a memorable and enduring customer experience.”
Pilusa notes that he intends to encourage staff to reach higher standards through incentive programmes that will boost their morale. He concludes that he has ambitious plans for the store.
“Ultimately, through adhering strictly to the brand’s impeccable standards, I want to ensure that Scooters Pizza Tzaneen is taken to a higher level, and customers are assured of good quality food.
“This will result in the store gaining a stellar reputation and acquiring a loyal customer base, which will allow it to operate proficiently and successfully for many years to come.”
