It was a pairing that made too much sense to 46-year-old Jacques Stoltz, who has been involved in commercial and industrial real estate for more than 20 years. Stoltz’s mother originally founded Sus Stoltz Eiendomme, the family real estate business in 1978, with Stoltz joining in 1996 as the two expanded the business until his mother’s retirement four years ago. Stoltz, who is also a property developer and investor, is already looking forward to having his three children join him in his newest business venture. “I had been looking for a number of years to bring the right international business to South Africa and Transworld Business Advisors was the perfect fit for my needs,” he said.
