Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments (OMIGPI) launched the first issue of Global View, a bi-annual customer magazine aimed at retail and commercial tenants on Wednesday, 21 October 2009.

Articles range from an overview of the international market and how retail, design and buying trends shape the way people will shop in the future and practical tips for tenants on customer service, how to thrive in tough times, and ideas on how to ÔÇÿgreen up’ retail space.

Published by 8 Ink Custom Media Publisher, 10 000 copies of the 56-page magazine will be distributed to Old Mutual shopping centres around the country.

Says Jill Wilmans, OMIGPI’s corporate marketing manager, ÔÇ£Our objective is to lead and innovate in all the spheres in which we operate. We believe we are the first property group to publish a magazine specifically aimed at our tenants, to increase communication and interaction with them and enable them to operate better businesses within our properties.’

Kelda Lund, 8 Ink Custom Media Publisher, adds ÔÇÿWe have made use of the skills of a talented group to create a product that will convey a brand message and provide an interesting read to its target audience.ÔÇØ
