Why I chose franchising and Mugg & Bean
The benefits are all in the branding! Customers are accustomed to the brand and know what they expect.

What I did before taking up a franchise
Before getting into franchising, I had a marketing and distribution business.

How I raised the finance for buying my Mugg & Bean franchise
I raised the case from my own finance and part-raised from an institution.

The training and support I receive from my franchisor
It has been plentiful. The support I have received from Head Office exceeds my requirements.

The challenges I have faced
Keeping up to the standards required from Head Office. Increasing turnover in these economic conditions.

My advice to someone thinking of buying their first franchise
Most definitely and especially consider Mugg and Bean.

My plans for the future
I would like to have a bigger store with hence a bigger turnover.
