Initial training and support:
Every Franchisee and employee attend a comprehensive training program prior to store opening that features instruction modules and testing on brand philosophy; operational procedures and standards; statutory and brand compliancy; product; services and operating norms.
This program is developed and delivered by the Franchisor in combination with selected service providers. The training program proffers both theoretical and practical elements together with job shadow sessions to ensure that the Franchisee and its team is fully informed on all aspects of the Franchise model.
Ongoing training and support:
Ongoing training and operational support are provided in all departments of the store and regular store visits are performed by the Franchisor and its support team. This is followed by a meeting in which standard levels will be discussed together with required training refresher courses and solutions where applicable.
The Franchise support program evolves around the Franchisor’s corporate culture and includes a combination of methods used within its head office support and traditional field support categories.
