Store Location and Set Up
As a prospective franchisee you have at your disposal an experienced development team that will see a new project through from blue print stage to final completion. Important functions of the development team are: Evaluation and selection of suitable premises, assistance and advice regarding lease negotiations with the prospective landlord, planning layout and interior design, and site development and supervision.
The new franchisee and staff undergo a practical training programme before opening, on the premises. The training content is designed to prepare the participants fully for the operation of their new business. The training includes the following: Method of business operation and systems implementation, kitchen staff training, menu training & customer care and relations (waiters), key financial controls, and opening day assistance from the Franchisor and Group Corporate Chef.
