Initial fee: R255 000 per centre
Set-up cost: From R7 500 per m2 – Centres range from 700m2 and can exceed 1500m2
Deposit: Initial fees paid on signing of Franchise Agreement
Training: Full training provided
Working Capital: Dependent on the number of centres (approximately R500 000 per centre)
Total Investment: Approximately R8 million per centre

Skills: Can move quickly and decisively to secure deals.
Experience: In operating and growing a branded operation and preferably with experience in fast-paced sales and customer service orientated business.
Personality Traits: Must be hungry and ambitious and want to make the most from the growing serviced office sector.
Role of franchisee: Actively involved owning 2 or more Centres in an area/cluster
