In 2015 Cash Converters celebrates 20 years of Franchising in Southern Africa. As at 1 January 2016 we have 74 Cash Converters stores operating across our region, and we are rapidly expanding.

Our comprehensive two week classroom and 300 hour in-store training programme assists new Franchisees in developing important business skills, and becoming familiar with the services that Cash Converters offers. In order to prepare your new team members, we provide practical, in-store instruction and classroom-based learning to ensure that each employee has experience in every job role. This way, they can put this knowledge into practice before they open the doors to their successful new franchise.
