With 9 Boutiques to date and a rapidly growing online boutique that was launched in 2019, woman of all ages with an eye and need for quality have been coveting the Rosella Brand, as well as the array and quality of the international brands that the Rosella boutiques offer. Rosella’s offering also includes handbags, footwear and accessories while maintaining its essential artisan values and high-quality offerings.

Finance Details

Capital Investment: R1 850 000 (excluding VAT)

  • The final price might differ if a franchise site is materially different from our standard layout or if the franchise is a franchisor owned or other going concern Boutique.
  • 50% unencumbered funds are required prior to a loan

Start-Up Operating Capital: R300 000

This would usually be more than enough for lease deposits and business overheads in the start-up period, however we suggest you seek advice from your accountant to make sure you can carry yourself until the business’s profitability can cover your financial needs.

Profitability

We encourage our franchisees to reach an average of R400 000+ turnover per month as soon as possible with a gross profit of approximately R200 000+ and a net profit potential of R50 000+ per month and then grow it from there.

Management Fees (Royalties): 7% of turnover (Excluding VAT)
