Training and Support

Initial Training and Support

  • Practical and theoretical training done mostly instore, covering all aspects of the business for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
  • Ongoing exercises to identify areas of focused training required.
  • Intricate knowledge of the services and products the business sells. What can and cannot be achieved. Managing customer expectations.
  • Customer service – effective communication, problem-solving, and complaint handling.
  • Selling of the Revive range of services – becoming a trusted advisor to your customer.
  • Staff Motivation – Involving staff in problem solving in their area of discipline.
  • Staff management – ensuring deliverables are met through the use of rosters.
  • Daily and monthly administration – Stocktaking, stock management, stock replenishment
  • Development of financial management skills beyond the daily administration – learning to be a business owner.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance – assisting with identifying both labour and tax specialists to assist the business.

Ongoing Training and Support

  • We provide refresher training as well as instore training to new staff in our cleaning factory as well as a specified by the franchisor at the time.
  • Further research and development concepts will be shared with the franchise community for collaboration and implementation.

The franchise is owned by business operators who started their journey as a franchisee’s in both this business as well as in the coffee shop business. They now operate their own stores and centralized cleaning plant.
