We offer only top-quality freshly prepared meals, using ingredients and food products that are carefully sourced from the finest cold chain suppliers and fresh produce markets. This, coupled with very generous portion sizes and all at very competitive prices, makes Chiefs Fast Foods a firm favourite amongst our target market when they’re looking for a competitively priced and filling meal. Chiefs Fast Foods have targeted the LSM 3 – 7 market and designed the stores, menus and pricing accordingly.

We offer quality options and meals from as low as R5,00 to R40,00; and as most standard meals are enough to feed two people, we attract many new customers by “word of mouth” from all over and they never leave hungry.

The business success hinges on the above as well as our ability to serve our customers quickly and get their order to them in a few short minutes, making it convenient for people just popping in or eating on the “go”.

Promotional campaigns, product and equipment research and design, Head Office support and retraining whenever required are all ongoing services and support provided by our experienced and capable Head Office support staff.

As franchisor, our success is totally dependent on the success and prosperity of our franchisees. We are therefore totally committed to honest and ethical, but strict franchising policies and procedures. History and Overview

Chiefs Fast Foods was started in 2013 by Marcelino Vicente. It was Marcelino’s vision to brand his various stores and supply his customers with world class outlets as well as an unforgettable experience right in the heart of Lesotho, stretching from East to West along all major routes and towns.

During the early part of 2013, a professional designer was contracted to design the new “brand” of cutting-edge stores. All existing outlets received major renovations in order to conform to brand specifications in terms of aesthetics, food menu items, food quality and quantity, pricing, uniforms and friendly service.

The “Chiefs Fast Foods” brand is one that our customers can identify with. This, together with strategically situated stores on all major routes and towns for customer convenience, has now escalated the Chiefs Fast Food brand to the largest group of fast food chain stores in Lesotho.

In 2015 Marcelino was decided it was time to expand the brand into South Africa and together with partner Francesco Moretti, to drive the South African operation.

The first SA store was opened in August 2015, in Bloemfontein, with an amazing response from the general public.
