About Us

Monkey Magic Kiddie Parties began operating as “Kiddi Parties” in Pretoria in 2005, and found ourselves struggling to keep up with the demand for parties in less than two years! Many Moms expressed an interest in owning a franchise and so Monkey Magic was born towards the end of 2007! The company was registered and our popular, lovable Monkey was Trade Marked and our name and slogan legally protected by Word Marks.
The Monkey Magic brand has grown from strength to strength ever since and we aim to become South Africa’s most popular party provider. We are proud to already have a number of successful franchises operating throughout South Africa under the Monkey Magic brand offering our clients an affordable but extra special and memorable birthday experience of a consistently high standard. Recently Monkey Magic has crossed South African borders and has been registered and Trade Marked in Zimbabwe – there are now two franchises available for purchase in Harare and Bulawayo (a separate business proposal & pricing is available for Zimbabwe franchises).
Why own a Monkey Magic franchise?
Owning a Monkey Magic franchise means that you will instantly join an established brand and own the right to run your own business, in your area under the Monkey Magic licensed name. You’ll be open for business within 4 weeks and we will supply everything you’ll need to get started in the party business and to trade as a Monkey Magic franchise to carry our image professionally at all times.
All our franchises get together nationally (Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng – you would join your closest centre) three times each year to share information & ideas, discuss problems and have a little fun! You will also benefit from purchasing party décor and accessories directly from our suppliers at wholesale prices.

Our franchises benefit from and enjoy the constant national marketing done by Monkey Magic Head Office. Our Website is professionally managed and maintained, ensuring that it is registered with all the search engines, is linked to many other child-related sites in South Africa and has an impressive hit count because of the Google experts we’ve employed. National Print Advertising is taken care of each month in the form of an advert placed in popular Mommy and Family orientated magazines (such as Living & Loving, Your Baby, Baba & Kleuter or Your Child). We also occasionally take part in National Baby Expo’s (Gauteng, Cape Town, & Durban) on behalf of our franchises – although we don’t require financial assistance from our franchises, we do expect physical assistance and support in the form of working on the stand which will directly increase the number of parties you book.
