Our concept supersedes traditional maintenance cleaning and embraces a holistic environmental approach to managing Corporate Environmental Footprint.

Since our establishment in 1997, we have significantly increased our market share and customer base. We successfully created brand awareness by consistently providing a superior value service and reducing cost to our customers through waste management & recycling.

Contract Cleaning Services	Industrial & Commercial Contract Cleaning Pre-cleaning and One-off Cleaning Garden Services Hygiene Services Pest Control Difficult Access Cleaning Carpet Cleaning Window Cleaning
Integrated Waste Management and Recycling	On-site Management and supervision of waste logistics processes. Separation of waste in haz, non-haz, recyclable and non-recyclable. Weighing and measurement of individual waste streams Maintenance and administration of a Waste Consolidation Report according to the Waste Act.
Waste Wize “Adopta-Road” Initiative	Cleaning and beautification of roads and streets in SA through a system of Business Sponsorships to create jobs and reduce crime

Start up costs varies depending on the area but it is approximately R550 000 (ex VAT). This includes a Branded VW CADDY 2.0 TDI and the franchise fee.

How we train and support you

IWESCO is at the forefront of the industry and will continue to set the standards required of a market leader. Essential in maintaining this position is the dedicated Network Support Team, both at head office and in the field. We know that the first few months are the hardest in any business that is why we have comprehensive support programmes in place.
